We cannot comprehend how or why God created the world in the amazing way He did, but thankfully, we don't need to understand how it all works. Whether we understand it or not, it works. And if you think about it, we need every one of the millions of things God placed on the earth for us, but nothing on earth needs us. Instead, it was all created FOR us.
The earth has been spinning for thousands of years and people have multiplied in astronomical proporations, yet we still cannot duplicate what God has created. Scientists devise theories and perform experiments, only to become more confounded by the complexity of the world we live in.
How amazing is our God? All we have to do is have faith in Him and follow His simple instructions, and He takes care of the rest. For example, He commanded us to be fruitful and multiply. Scientists would be in the lab trying to create a clone, but we don't need to know how to create bones or start up a baby's heart. Instead He instilled in people a natural desire to reproduce. It starts with love and affection that progresses into a union or a marriage. Often, women don't even realize they are pregnant and that a life is being created inside their womb. Sometimes, it's the other amazing traits He gave women - like the desire for food (and lots of it!) that helps the baby grow. Many pregnant women crave ice cream. These cravings can be hard to ignore! Why? Perhaps because her body needs the extra calcium it takes to build tiny baby bones? As if that's not enough "assistance" in making sure the baby is healthy, He designed women so they could produce milk to feed their babies! What an amazing and beautiful plan.
Read His Word and stay in prayer and He will use you as a vessel to do His good works and will preserve you for that purpose until you enter into eternal life. It's that simple. What a mighty God we serve!
