This prophecy was made 150 years before Cyrus was born. He issued the decree to rebuild the Temple in 538 BC. Artexerxes issued the decree to allow Ezra to reinstitute temple services in 457 BC and then in 445 BC he issued a decree allowing Nehemiah to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.
